Tier Three Update

As you may have heard, South Yorkshire is set to enter Tier Three regulations from Saturday. At this point in time, we intend to stay open as we are currently allowed to in line with the Government's Tier Three Guidelines. We have put a huge amount of work into making a visit to SYAM as safe as possible, while still keeping the experience as close to normal as possible. Full details of our measures taken to make your visit safe can be found here: https://www.southyorkshireaircraftmuseum.org.uk/post/we-re-re-opening

We've received many positive reviews from visitors about our COVID-Secure measures, and have reviewed and updated our measures as necessary. See below for a sample of reviews

As the situation is ever changing, we will ensure that we remain compliant with the regulations set out by the Government. Please check on our website or Facebook page, or phone up if necessary, to ensure we are still open before your visit.

We would also ask that you check the rules regarding travel in your area before making your journey to the museum. There are restrictions on travel from lower Tiers into Tier Three areas which could prohibit journeys to visitor attractions from people outside the local area.
